**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Live Classes**: Deliver interactive online classes on coding (Python, JavaScript, Scratch/Blockly), robotics (Arduino-based), and basic electronics.
- **Curriculum & Content Development**: Design a well-structured, engaging curriculum that includes lesson plans, coding projects, and interactive activities using tools like Scratch, Python, JavaScript, and Arduino.
- **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)**: Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide feedback, and offer strategies for academic support in coding and robotics.
- **Mentorship & Collaboration**: Collaborate with other educators to share best practices, refine teaching strategies, and continuously improve the overall learning experience for students.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Expertise**: Strong knowledge of coding (Python/JavaScript), robotics (Arduino), and basic electronics for students in grades 1-10.
- **Virtual Classroom Skills**: Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments, encouraging student participation.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching coding and robotics in an online setting.
**Work Details**:
- **Location**: Remote
- **Working Hours**: 4 hours per day, 6 days a week (5 PM - 9 PM)
**Compensation**:
- **Salary Range**: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000, based on experience and qualifications.
