**About Us**:
**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create a comprehensive STEM curriculum focused on coding and robotics for various age groups.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with educational standards.
- Collaborate with educators to implement the curriculum in classroom settings.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers and facilitators on how to effectively deliver the curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in technology education and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with students in classroom settings or through tutoring programs.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging diverse learners.
- Background in education, particularly in the technology field, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate students and collaborate with educators.
- Experience in programming block-based programming languages like Scratch and Blockly is a plus
- Experience in the text-based programming language Python is a plus
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports all learners, including those with childcare responsibilities.
