Steam & Robotics Trainer

**Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Design & Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement an **age-appropriate STEAM & Robotics curriculum** aligned with educational standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, or State Board).
- Design engaging **hands-on activities, coding projects, and robotics experiments** that foster inquiry-based learning.
- Integrate **modern technologies** such as **Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Drones, AI, IoT, VR, and Python programming.**:

- Ensure lessons incorporate **real-world problem-solving, design thinking, and teamwork.**

**2. Classroom & Lab Instruction**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions in **robotics, coding, electronics, and STEM principles.**:

- Guide students in assembling and programming **robotic kits** such as **LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.**:

- Introduce students to **block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly) and text-based programming (Python, C++, Java, etc.).**:

- Teach fundamental concepts of **Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Internet of Things (IoT).**:

- Encourage students to develop their own **STEAM-based projects and prototypes.**:

- Organize **robotics competitions, hackathons, and maker challenges** to inspire creativity.

**3. Student Assessment & Project-Based Learning**:

- Assess student progress through **practical assignments, coding challenges, and project-based evaluations.**:

- Provide **constructive feedback** and guide students in refining their prototypes and solutions.
- Encourage students to **document their learning process,** maintain logs, and present their work.
- Facilitate participation in **National and International STEM & Robotics Competitions** such as **FIRST LEGO League (FLL), World Robot Olympiad (WRO), Google Science Fair, etc.**

**4. Lab Management & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain **STEAM and Robotics lab infrastructure** and ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to **robotics kits, 3D printers, and coding platforms.**:

- Ensure the **safe handling and proper storage** of lab equipment.

**5. Teacher Training & Curriculum Integration**:

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for **school teachers** on implementing **STEAM education** in regular classrooms.
- Stay updated on **emerging trends** in **EdTech, Robotics, and AI Education.**

**6. Event Coordination & Student Engagement**:

- Organize **STEAM fairs, robotics expos, coding bootcamps, and innovation showcases.**:

- Develop **after-school programs, summer camps, and special weekend workshops** for students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
