**Job Title**: Part-Time Remote French Teacher

**Compensation**:

- ₹350 per hour
- **Payment Structure**:

- **First Month**: 50% of total earnings
- **From Second Month Onwards**: Full payment

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate French Teacher to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves delivering engaging and effective French language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels through online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive online French lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with students' learning objectives.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive virtual learning environment.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level; C1-C2 preferred).
- Prior experience in teaching French, especially in an online setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in French language teaching (e.g., DELF, DALF).
- Experience with standardized French proficiency tests preparation (e.g., TEF, TCF).
- Familiarity with Indian education curricula and examination patterns.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible scheduling with classes primarily during late afternoons and evenings (e.g., around 4.30 PM to 8 PM IST).
- Commitment to a minimum number of hours per week, as agreed upon during hiring.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
