**Job Summary**:
Trident Lifeline Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Production Officer** to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in day-to-day production processes while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. **B.** **Pharm freshers** with a keen interest in the production field are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety measures.
- Monitor production operations and maintain process parameters as per specifications.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and document flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update logs for production-related activities.
- Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and validation of production equipment.
- Report production deviations and assist in investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper gowning practices in the production area.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and process controls.
- Ability to work in a team with good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn and adapt.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
