**1. Packing Planning & Execution**
- Plan and coordinate the packing activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure timely availability of packaging materials and manpower.
- Optimize the utilization of packing machines to meet production targets.

**2. Line Observation & Supervision**
- Monitor the packaging line for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper labeling, coding, and sealing of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct in-process quality checks at different stages of packaging.

**3. Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Online Documentation**
- Maintain real-time online documentation related to packaging.
- Review and update Batch Packing Records (BPR) and ensure compliance with cGMP.
- Ensure timely completion of all documentation to avoid deviations.

**4. Machine Operation & Supervision**
- Oversee the operation of **Alu-Alu and Blister packing machines**.
- Identify and resolve any technical or mechanical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Ensure the machines are cleaned and maintained according to SOPs.

**5. Compliance & Quality Control**
- Ensure that all packaging operations comply with GMP, WHO, FDA, and company policies.
- Perform periodic checks to minimize mix-ups, contamination, and product defects.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to the packaging department.

**6. Coordination & Team Management**
- Collaborate with the **Production, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse** teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and supervise packaging operators to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the packing area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
