Responsibility:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective Production and quality processes.
- Set requirements for raw material and monitor their compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers.
- Ensure manufacturing and quality processes meet ISO standards.
- Assist with implementation of efficiency tools such as 5S, Kaizen, etc.

- Eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Reconcile the materials with store department.
- Job scheduling as per process order & work order.
- Mixing, handling, and disposition of Raw materials as per work instruction.
- Primary packing of Product as per requirement.
- Maintain all process documents / records.
- Periodic quality checks and general clean up and maintenance.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers.
- Assist with implementation of efficiency tools such as 5S, Kaizen, etc.
