**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Elevate Account Managers to understand their clients specific staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from phone screens, interviews, reference checks, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights, ensuring your recruitment strategies are aligned with current best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Elevate, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

**Qualifications (Must Haves)**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries and job levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
