**Job Title**: Marketing & Sales Executive (After Market Automotive & Electrical Accessories)

**Location**: Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Reporting**: General Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing activities across different states to meet predetermined objectives and targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of local markets and customer preferences within each state to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
- Engage with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders through events, product demonstrations, presentations, and other marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies, messaging, and branding guidelines.
- Travel extensively within assigned states to organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, seminars, and community events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to the marketing team regarding field observations, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items, to support field activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company standards, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Maintain a well-organized record of expenses, travel itineraries, and other relevant documentation related to field marketing activities.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical)
- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 Years experience in automotive after market accessories sector.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of automotive product features and specifications.
- Ability to handle fieldwork, dealership visits, and client meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
