A telesales executive, also known as a telesales agent, telemarketer, or telephone salesperson, sells products or services to customers over the phone

A telesales or telemarketing executive works in a call center and uses inbound and outbound calling to make sales for the company. The role of a telemarketing executive is to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company’s products or services. From generating leads to processing and answering customer queries, a telesales executive handles all kinds of telephonic conversations representing a company. With the primary objective to meet sales targets, telesales executives rely on strong communication and negotiation skills to excel in their job.
- Use their telesales executive skills to reach out to the target audience
- Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone
- Act as a representative of the company and help customers with their queries
- Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
