- Define & ensure adequate Inventory levels are maintained in WH as per volumes
- committed by Sales Team.
- Plan and Coordinate with WH for Allots / Dehiring and Relocation inventory and keep
- the sales team informed.
- Plan route of supply along with Warehouse department.
- Priorities Allots and track routes planned.
- Ensuring timely delivery of Allots from the warehouse.
- Ensuring timely vehicle placement for Dehire from the warehouse.
- Ensuring timely vehicle placement for relocation from the warehouse.
- Maintain and Share final MIS for Allots, Dehire, and Relocation.
- Coordinate with Asset Management for Dehiring.
- Trigger relocations.
- Track transport cost & time and identify trends.
- Check documents of supply like dockets, PDI, etc., and highlight discrepancies.
- Check & trigger inventory mismatch between physical & system inventory.
- Coordinate & track with WH for repair.
- Ensure Allots are coming on time.
- Plan and Coordinate on Non-Moving Assets, broken Assets.
- Analyze business transactions.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Should be confident, process-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel.
- Ability to handle pressure.
