Job Overview

The key role of this position is to lead a team in demand planning, focusing on product inventory optimization and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage product forecasting across various areas of the business, ensuring accurate item-level forecasts for Merchants and Vendors.
  • Leverage analytics tools such as Power BI, Relex, and PDI Focal Point reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversight of one or more Demand Planner Analysts, including training, scheduling, and goal-setting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop seasonal, annual, and long-range strategic product demand plans.
  • Set targets and achieve inventory productivity goals, aligning with sales and gross margin objectives.
