Job description of Site Supervisor:
1. Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards and procedures.

2. Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.

3. Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at official phases.

4. Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating and selecting contractors.

5. Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.

6. Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

7. Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.

8. Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.

9. Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting and training employees.

10. Attend site meetings.

11. Support internal and external audit activities.

12. Provide professional recommendations for changes to construction activities or procedures to boost efficiency.

13. Handle onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols.

14. Support the project management team in planning and managing workloads.

15. Maintain an accurate site log and record of personnel attendance.

16. Liaise with clients to meet project demands.

17. Ensure everyone on the site complies with health and safety regulations.

18. Implement and enforce procedures and policies.

19. Need to perform most of the duties on outdoor construction sites.

20. Monitor the behavior's of your construction team and contractors.

21. Work entails travelling between Head Office, worksites, client businesses and meetings with key stakeholders.

22. Assisting project managers with planning work activities.

23. Completing site reports and other records.

24. Attending site management meetings.

25. Managing orders and deliveries of building materials.

26. Checking work techniques are correct and safe.

27. Organizing work schedules.

28. Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.

29. Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
