**Job Title: Site Supervisor (Industrial Construction)**

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position requires relocation to project sites as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Construction Management**: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities related to plant construction, including civil works and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold construction standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize waste during construction, adhering to project schedules and budget constraints.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project management team, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any technical or logístical challenges that arise during construction, employing problem-solving skills and technical expertise to keep projects on track.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection documentation, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide effective leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on industrial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successful project management and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to industrial projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to project sites for the duration of assignments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
