**Role**:Site Supervisor

**Job summary**

The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the construction activities at various project sites. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Site Management**: Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed and that the site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
- **Resource Coordination**: Manage and coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and labor to achieve efficient project execution.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and issues.
- **Software Proficiency**: MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 10-13 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry, with a focus on civil projects.
- **Education**: ITI qualification in Building Construction or a relevant degree in Civil Engineering.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven track record in managing large-scale civil projects.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
