**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawings
- Monitor workforce productivity, material usage, and site safety
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
- Maintain daily site logs, measurement books, and labor attendance records
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or deviations to project management
- Assist in material planning and requisitions based on project needs
- Ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
- Handle minor on-site troubleshooting and guide the workers as required

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Hands-on experience managing labor and site coordination
- Proficient in maintaining site documentation and basic reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
