**Key Responsibilities:Procurement**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
- Maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and supplies in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Categorize and store materials properly to avoid damage or loss.
- Handle inventory audits and prepare stock reports.

**Logistics and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Track inbound shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Collaborate with finance for timely processing of invoices and payments.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar ERP software)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Familiarity with warehouse safety and compliance standards
- Time management and organizational skills

**Educational Qualifications**:

- B-COM
- Diploma or certification in Materials Management or Procurement (preferred)

**Experience Required**:

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement and store operations

Pay: ₹10,525.97 - ₹18,000.00 per month
