Hi we are Looking for Store Cum Purchase In-charge

Good Knowledge of Basic Computer and ERP
- Person will be responsible for entire store and Purchase management at our office.
- Issuing Indent Issuing of stocks at Office. Checking receiving material
- Updating the material in software excel of stocks. Follow up standard storing norms and ensuring all goods are in safe at store.
- Monitoring and control of all inward and outward entries in Register or ERP on daily basis.
- Receiving of Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Finished Products, Semi Finished Products for assemblies as per SOP and ensure proper storage with minimum wastage.
- Responsible for Managing and developing the stores, Issuing and Inventory Control functions for the Organization
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
- Prepare reports accurately to track inventory. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. And also report on inventory activities and variances.
- Implement standard operating procedures within the stores.
- Vendor Coordination and control of brought out parts and reconcile and report on monthly basis.
- Maintenance of stock through the ERP system as per the organizational Guidelines.
- Maintain all report and records as per industry standards (ISO)Requirements:

- Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
- Preparation of MRN MIN (Material Receipt Note Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.
- Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Functions as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual/ Software.
- Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.
- Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
- Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
- Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
- Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.
- Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase function
- Handling store Audit with ownership and authority.
