**Job Title: Tele Sales Representative**
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling products or services to potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value of the offerings to drive sales and revenue. Your goal is to build positive relationships with customers, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential leads, gather relevant information, and initiate outbound calls to introduce products/services.
**Customer Engagement**: Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, actively listening to their needs and tailoring sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, in order to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
**Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations, emphasizing the unique selling points and benefits of the products/services, and addressing any potential objections.
**Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing customers, establishing trust and rapport to create a positive sales experience.
**Sales Quotas**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, consistently achieving or surpassing set goals.
**Objection Handling**: Effectively address customer concerns and objections, providing accurate information and solutions to alleviate doubts and increase the likelihood of a sale.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales management, to ensure alignment and achieve overall company objectives.
**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and enhance product knowledge.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Resilience and self-motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales-related role is advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
