Front Office Executive

Processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, forms of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room keys
Completing cashier and closing reports
Ensuring all interactions with guests are handled professionally, adhering to the hotel’s policies and procedures
Promptly and actively obtaining feedback from guests. Achieving guest satisfaction through friendly and proficient services
Following all internal controls guidelines prescribed by the management
Abiding by companies policy and decision
Developing positive working relationships with the entire team to reach common goals
Following up on any assignments handed over by the management Following all safety and security measures
**Requirements**:
5+ years of hotel experience B.H.M, Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Proactive and positive approach
