Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage Stock of Depot
- Maintain the FIFO at Depot
- Responsible for Stock Rotation
- Responsible for controlling expiry and damage
- Indent Processing before checking the depot stock
- Order generated from depot/ CFA to factory
- Stock correction in tally
- After every 3 month send the data record and stock of expiry and damage product to the factory
- Responsible for auditing, Identifying & disbursing of Distributor claims, credit note and clearing as per policy.
- Responsible to do various entries for Depot like Opening Code, Price update & Full and Final.
- Responsible for Depot Stock reconciliation, Debtors Outstanding.
- Responsible for communication between Distributor, Depot and HO.
- Responsible for Depot (GST, Insurance & FSSAI )
- Responsible for Auditing of Depot (Schedule, Physical Stock, Return Goods, Cash Book, Purchase & Journal)
- Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
- Responsible to Assists Sales team members and works as a member of a cohesive team
- Responsible to take Initiative, Involvement and more responsibility
- Responsible for issues & complaint resolution if any( Distributor, Retailer ,Customer & Super stockiest )
- Responsible for SOPs & Policy adherence in respective areas.
- Responsible to give timely reports & input to Corporate as & when required in requited format
- Responsible to perform other duties, task as & when required.
