Key Responsibilities:
'¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Unisun's solar energy products and services in Kannada.

'¢ Address customer queries, provide detailed information about solar solutions, and offer personalized assistance.

'¢ Assist customers in understanding the benefits of renewable energy and the installation process.

'¢ Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate services.

'¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

'¢ Achieve monthly call and lead generation targets.

'¢ Ensure high-quality customer service and contribute to building positive relationships.

'¢ Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and convert leads into customers.

'¢ Stay updated on the latest trends in solar energy and Unisun's product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
'¢ Fluent in Kannada (both speaking and writing).

'¢ Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

'¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

'¢ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

'¢ Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.

'¢ Knowledge of solar energy solutions is an advantage.

'¢ Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
