**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback for business growth.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Experience in field sales is preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.

Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
