**Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to sell **POS Billing Machines** to **small retailers** in **Dehradun**and **surrounding areas**. The role requires the ability to independently manage your sales activities, reach targets, and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Customer Acquisition**:

- Sell POS Billing Machines at ₹3,500 each to small retailers (shops, stores, and businesses) within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits, referrals, and networking.

**2. Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve a minimum target of **100 POS machines per month**.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively demonstrating the benefits of the product to retailers.

**3. Product Demonstration & Training**:

- Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and how the POS machines will streamline business operations for retailers.
- Provide basic training to customers on how to use the POS system effectively.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and referrals.
- Address customer queries, provide support, and handle any issues that may arise post-sale.

**5. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress against sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on the status of ongoing leads and closed sales.

**Salary & Compensation**:

- Payment**:₹350 per POS machine sale**.
- Security Deposit**:₹3,500 (refundable after 3 months of satisfactory performance)**.
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives for exceeding sales targets.
- Leave**:1 paid leave per month.**:

- Holidays**:Saturday and Sunday off.**

**Training**:
**1. Pre-Job Training**: 1-week product training and basic SOP training will be provided **prior to 1st March 2025** at **Clock Tower, Dehradun**.
- Learn the product features, sales pitch, and how to handle customer queries.
- Understand the company’s sales process and operational procedures.

**2.** **Ongoing Support**: Ongoing support and guidance from the Sales Manager post-training to ensure you have all the resources needed to succeed.

**Key Requirements**:
**1. Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

**2. Experience**:

- Prior experience in field sales or retail sales is preferred, but freshers with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply.
- Experience in selling tech-based products (POS systems, computers, etc.) is a plus.

**3. Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of POS machines or retail operations will be an advantage.

**4. Education**: Minimum of 12th grade or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.

**5. Location**: Must be based in or willing to work in Dehradun.

**6. Travel**: Willingness to travel within the designated area (Dehradun and nearby regions).
