**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree
**Gender**: Both Male & Female

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product or service solutions.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for campaign support and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling abilities.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and CRM software.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (preferred).
