**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to attract corporate clients, group bookings, and individual guests through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, and digital marketing.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging sales presentations and site visits to showcase the property’s amenities, services, and unique selling points to prospective clients.
- **Client Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners, to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, focusing on maximizing room bookings, event space rentals, and ancillary revenue.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, including tracking key performance metrics and sales activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, special packages, and pricing strategies to attract new business.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure bookings and events, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative in the hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
