**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors to the office.
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or offices.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Greet and direct clients and visitors to appropriate personnel or offices.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform general office duties (e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in GRE, Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, Front Desk, Receptionist Activities, Computer Operating, Administration, Guest Handling, Telephone Operating, MS Office skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
