- Negotiation**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Procurement & Supply Chain Management**
- Expert in the procurement process for materials, components, and services
- Oversee sourcing activities to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with the suppliers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and procurement process, working to mitigate these through risk management plans.

**2.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in procurement of Steel industry
- Strong experience, **negotiation**, and supplier relationship management
- **Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Expert in Analytics
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, advanced MS Excel/Macros and Power Point
- Knowledge of RPA process in Commercial
