**Job Description:

The Procurement Officer in this role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing
procurement processes within a factory. This position involves managing procurement activities for various commodities to ensure a continuous supply of materials for production while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards. ▪ Develop Procurement Strategies: Align factory procurement with business goals, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials. ▪ Ensure Compliance: Follow all regulations and Supply Chain Management (SCM) guidelines strictly. ▪ Promote Team Growth: Encourage continuous improvement, teamwork, and skill development within the procurement team. ▪ Risk Management: Identify and address risks like supply chain disruptions, price changes, and global factors. ▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to boost productivity and operational efficiency. ▪ Use eSourcing Tools: Increase the use of eRFQ, eBidding, and eAuction to make procurement processes smoother and faster. ▪ Cost Optimization: Develop strategies for short
- and long-term cost savings using zero-based costing for various commodities. ▪ Supplier Assessments: Support supplier capacity checks, risk assessments, audits, and quality improvement efforts. ▪ Sustainability Initiatives: Focus on reducing the carbon footprint by engaging with key suppliers to drive sustainability efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
