Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Tendering and Contract Management: Prepare and manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

4. Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and approve purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

6. Cost Savings Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce procurement costs.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks.

8. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree: In Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In procurement or a related field, preferably in a facility management or construction industry.

3. Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, or other procurement-related certifications are an added advantage.

4. Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve procurement-related issues.

6. Proficient in MS Office and Procurement Software: Experience with procurement software, such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
