- **Working Time**:11Hours (As per the shifts)
- **Week Off**: 3 weeks off in a month

**Job Summary**:
We at Hotel Sunstar Group are looking for the F&B Service Associate ensures guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service in the hotel's restaurants, room service, banquets, or bars. This role contributes to a memorable dining experience through quality service and guest satisfaction.

**Key Skills**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve accordingly.
- Ensure cleanliness and setup of dining areas before and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist in banquets, events, and special setups as required.
- Honest and dependable
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Neat and presentable appearance
