Student Counsellor Cum Sales
- **Academic Guidance**:

- Advising students on course selection and academic planning.
- Helping students with time management and study strategies.
- **Career Counseling**:

- Assisting students with career exploration and planning.
- Providing information on internships, job opportunities, and career paths.
- **Personal Counseling**:

- Offering support for personal issues that may affect academic performance.
- Referring students to appropriate mental health resources when necessary.
- **Workshops and Seminars**:

- Organizing and conducting workshops on topics such as stress management, resume writing, and interview skills.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients or students.
- Developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns from potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Balancing Both Roles:

- **Time Management**:

- Schedule specific times for counselling sessions and sales activities to avoid conflicts.
- Use tools like calendars and planners to keep track of appointments and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Develop strong communication skills to effectively listen to and understand student needs while also being persuasive and informative in sales.
- **Adaptability**:

- Be flexible and adaptable to switch between the empathetic approach needed for counselling and the assertive approach required in sales.
- **Confidentiality and Ethics**:

- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counselling while being transparent and honest in sales practices.
- **Training and Development**:

- Regularly update your knowledge and skills in both counselling and sales through workshops, courses, and professional development opportunities.
- **Integration of Roles**:

- Leverage your understanding of student needs gained through counselling to offer relevant products or services in sales.
- Use your sales skills to promote counselling services and reach a wider audience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,611.56 - ₹20,318.23 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mathikere, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
