The task a Final Quality Inspector is expected to perform include: Ensuring that the jewellery piece manufactured is as per design and is defect-free

Basic reading and writing skills

Ability to match design picture to actual piece

Manual data entry/computer data entry

Knowledge of surface defects on jewellery such as skin porosity, scratches, burn marks, filing defects, etc.Understanding of damaged findings such as weak clasps, loose links etc. Understanding of surface textures and ability to differentiate defects and textures

Weight estimation of diamonds and piece of jewellery

Presence of mind

Attention to detail
