**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advanced Digital Modeling**: Utilize your expertise to create intricate and precise 3D models of jewelry designs using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with junior designers and collaborate with the design team to guide projects from concept to final production, providing mentorship and expertise.
- **Prototyping and Iterative Design**: Lead the prototyping process, ensuring designs meet the brand's aesthetic standards. Drive iterative design processes based on feedback from the design team and other stakeholders.
- **Technical Excellence**: Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and emerging techniques to enhance the efficiency and quality of the design process.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough reviews of CAD models to ensure they meet the brand's specifications and are ready for seamless integration into the production phase.
- **Communication and Cross-functional Collaboratio**n: Effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAD Designer in the jewelry industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of sophisticated designs.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Mastery of CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of gemology and jewelry manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- **Creativity and Detail Orientation**: Exceptional artistic abilities with an acute attention to detail, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of precision and quality.
- **Adaptability**: Openness to feedback, willingness to iterate on designs, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.

**Education**: A degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
