**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on early language skills, phonics, basic numeracy, and creative activities for Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities, to promote engagement and a love for learning. Introduce children to the basics of reading, writing, and simple mathematical concepts through playful and interactive methods.
- **Child-Centered Learning**:Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and positive social interactions. Support children in their personal, social, and emotional development, helping them to build self-esteem, empathy, and cooperation. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with varying learning abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:Establish and maintain clear routines and expectations to create a structured and enjoyable learning environment. Monitor the safety and well-being of children at all times, ensuring adherence to the school's health and safety policies. Address behavioral issues with empathy and patience, using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline strategies.
- **Parent Communication**:Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' development and address any concerns or queries. Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and well-being at home.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:Observe and assess each child's progress in key developmental areas, including cognitive, motor, language, and social skills. Maintain detailed records of each child's achievements and areas of growth, preparing progress reports as required. Use observations to tailor instruction and activities that align with each child's unique learning needs.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest early childhood education practices. Collaborate with other kindergarten teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment. Contribute to the planning and execution of school events, activities, and celebrations that involve kindergarten students.
- **Other Duties**:Will be discussed during interview.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. A Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten or early childhood education in an English medium setting.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools are desirable.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Patience, creativity, and the ability to connect with young children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective parent engagement.
