**Oliver Wyman is looking for a Human Capital Assistant (Payroll) to based at our Mumbai Office**

**The Opportunity**

The Human Capital Assistant will provide support to the UAE Payroll team and other relevant teams that are involved in payroll processes**.**

**Key responsibilities of the role include**
- Provide comprehensive payroll support to HC in a confidential manner. This will include processing payroll, filing payroll data, and maintaining records.
- Supporting other internal teams with payroll data where required.
- Maintaining various payroll trackers.
- Ensuring all UAE employees have access to pay slips via the pays lip portal and sharing pay slips appropriately when required.
- Assisting the HC team with admin support.

**Experience Required**
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Human Capital or Finance Function
- Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment is a plus.
- A degree or some background in finance, accounting is a plus
- Proactive and collaborative
- Highly organized, great with numbers and detail oriented.
- Operates well within a team, as well as independently
- Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
- Excellent communicator - able to deal effectively with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
- One who takes constructive feedback in stride and incorporates feedback quickly
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once, to prioritize and manage own time
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
