Strategic Human Capital Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital management and be able to configure and maintain the Workday HCM system.
In this role, you will collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, implement new Workday modules and features, monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with HR policies and standards, provide end-user support and training, develop and maintain system documentation, and perform regular system audits and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements
- Implement new Workday modules and features
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards
