Human Resources Expert

The ideal candidate will drive the full scope of human resources operations and partner with stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent to enhance business growth
  • Conduct performance management, provide constructive feedback, and mentor employees to improve job satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee relations to ensure seamless HR operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources with a strong recruiting background; proven track record of improving talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and sound judgment
