Job Title

Chief Human Resources Officer for India and Global Markets

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic human capital initiatives to drive a high-performance culture in India, closely collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Serve as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, shaping people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement global HR frameworks in talent management, L&D, global mobility, engagement, retention, and reward to meet business goals.
  • Own HR data, metrics, and analysis to ensure accuracy and timely reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead recruitment and succession planning efforts to retain top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Implement change management strategies to support complex restructuring projects across multi-site operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
  • 12–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regional employment legislation, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Proven track record in HR strategy and business partnering with senior leadership, coaching leaders in India and the Middle East.
  • Experience managing complex change/restructuring across multiple sites, with a strong understanding of organizational design and development.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and professional, with a tolerance for ambiguity and a commitment to embedding inclusion and diversity best practices.
  • Prior experience in an international organisation, with a willingness to travel across India and globally.
