Job Title: Director of Human Capital Development
At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our human capital development function. This role is responsible for driving change initiatives, synergizing with other departments, and managing a holistic HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and sustainability through effective talent management and employee engagement
- Lead the design and implementation of SOPs for talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development
- Collaborate with functional heads to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational strategy
- Manage the P&L of the HR department and allocate resources accordingly
- Develop a strong L&D department to tackle underperformance, talent development, and leadership development across all levels of the hierarchy
Requirements:
- 13-18 years of HR leadership experience in an NBFC or insurer
- Strong coverage of talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, and HR operations
- Full-time MBA in HR is required
- Stakeholder management and track record of HR leadership
