As a Territory Sales Representative at **Audaces India**, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of our fashion technology solutions—including CAD, 3D designs, automatic cutting, and PLM tools—within your assigned region. Your goal will be to acquire new clients, awork proactively on assigned lead and drive digital transformation in apparel manufacturing and fashion design segments. Being a key person in a team You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how our SaaS platform can streamline their processes, enhance productivity, and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the fashion retail and manufacturing sectors in Mumbai.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by targeting fashion brands, wholesalers, exporters, and retailers.
- Conduct client presentations and product demos tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s SaaS solutions to confidently answer questions and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to align client needs with product capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Work with channel partners) to extend regional coverage

**2. Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (production heads, merchandisers, tech leads, academic deans)
- Provide post-sale support in coordination with technical and customer success teams

**3. Revenue & Pipeline Management**
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Accurately forecast regional sales performance

**4. Market Intelligence**
- Collect and relay competitive insights and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in business, Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
- **3-5 years** of sales experience in B2B software, garment tech, têxtile machinery, or related domains
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and regional languages
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of SaaS, CAD tools, or fashion production workflows
- Strong sales acumen in B2B SaaS or machinery/tools
- Understanding of garment production lifecycle & PLM
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Existing network within apparel hubs.
