**JD: Finance & Procurement Executive**

Airveda is a mission based organization helping people breathe well, live well. We build Comprehensive air quality monitoring IOT systems for both indoor and outdoor environments to help people manage their air pollution exposure and to create awareness among people. We are also working with schools, offices etc to provide healthier environments for their occupants.

**Location: Gurgaon (Sec-54 ) (**Based in Gurgaon with frequent trips to our factory in Sahibabhabd Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. **)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:

- Collaborate with the business team to develop financial reports, oversee month-end closing processes, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating funds required for short and long-term financial objectives, including salaries, marketing, and procurement.
- Effectively manage and track outstanding payments, debtors, and creditors.
- Supervise suspense in ledgers and liaise with the company accountant as needed.
- Make informed investments in assets to maximize returns.
- Manage payroll and other bank transactions, including vendor and service payments.

**Procurement**:

- Ensure optimal inventory management to guarantee the availability of necessary components for production at all times.
- Develop a procurement calendar based on usage projections.
- Identify and engage with suitable vendors for procurement, both locally and internationally.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and oversee the purchase process.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage procurement for any custom requirements as necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in Finance.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- . Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and other financial planning software.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
