Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. This role

involves managing invoicing, compliance, reporting, reconciliations, and financial operations

that ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should be organised, analytical,

and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Documentation: Create/manage invoices in Tally Prime, maintain stock

records, ensure e-signature compliance, and process supporting documents (delivery

challan, service report, PO, etc.).

Quotations & Agreements: Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, execute

agreements, and manage No Due Certificates (NDCs).

Financial Tracking & Reporting: Reconcile bank statements, maintain ledgers in Tally, track

POs & payments, and prepare monthly P&L and expense reports.

Regulatory Compliance: Handle GST, ESIC, and EPFO entries and filings, including challan

generation and timely payments.

Client Servicing: Resolve finance-related client queries, provide solutions, and conduct

site visits when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth financial

operations and compliance.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance / Bachelor's in Finance / Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Strong knowledge of taxation and government norms (GST, ITR, VAT, etc.).

Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
