We are looking for a skilled **Civil Supervisor** with a strong background in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, utilities, and public works. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring quality execution, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor the quality and safety of work performed by contractors and labor teams.
- Liaise with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
- Oversee earthworks, concrete works, roadwork, culverts, utility installations, and other infrastructure-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks.
- Participate in site meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in a supervisory role on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Hands-on experience in roadworks, drainage systems, bridges, or utility networks is preferred.
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
