**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ensure all civil works are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor material usage and ensure the availability of resources as per schedule.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards on the site.
- Maintain daily logs of work progress, material deliveries, and manpower deployment.
- Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Review construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies or needed revisions.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and attending site meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum **3-7 years** of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of building construction practices, including RCC, formwork, rebar, masonry, and finishing works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
