We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Supervisor (Civil)* to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for *fresh diploma holders in Civil Engineering* to gain hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control under the guidance of senior engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure project execution as per design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers to maintain workflow and timelines.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on-site.
- Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, material usage, and attendance.
- Assist in site measurements, layout planning, and material inspections.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and escalate issues as needed.

**Requirements**:*
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (Freshers are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at project sites and adapt to field conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
