Supervise & Ensure adherence to defined safe work processes and systems.
- Maintaining and inspecting the fire extinguisher, Fire hydrant system and Fire alarm for their records, Refilling & maintenance.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
- Co-ordinate, monitoring and ensuring the Work Permit system compliance.
- Preparation of SOP’s for EHS department for various operational activities.
- Conducting and Preparation of Safety patrol, audit, gamba as per the schedule.
- Conducting Safety audit internally and taking follow up with concern for action plan.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address safety concerns and develop corrective actions.
- Conducting EHS Events like celebration of National Safety week, Environment Day, Fire service day/week to motivate & engaged employees in Safety.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Hazard Identification and Risk assessment and validation of action taken on it.
- Ensuring the workers use and wearing of PPE equipment’s as provided.
- Periodically inspection of the lifting tools and tackles related equipment and recommendation.
- Preparation of ISO 45001:2018 audit documents.
- Motive employees for participation in safety and their safety suggestion and implementation.
- Encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives and programs.
- Recognize and reward individuals and teams for their contributions to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Preparation of monthly MIS report & EHS reports.
- Maintain all first aid facility.
- Ensuring daily security activity & record.
- Monitoring control on CCTVs in plants and it incident case record.
- Monitoring and controlling traffic management system.
- Health and Safety guidelines for all stakeholders and employees.
- To develop ERT and implement emergency response plans to effectively manage crisis situations. Conducting Statutory Mock Drills and Internal mock drill.
- Handling waste management disposal process.
- Ensure all safety-related documentation and permits are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization

Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Govt. (mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
