**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our fire safety solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely solutions delivery.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the fire and safety industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling fire alarms, extinguishers, suppression systems, and related safety products.
- Certification in Fire Protection or related field is a plus.
- Established network of contacts in the fire and safety industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
