Next Step Edu is a fast-growing career counselling and education consulting platform dedicated to guiding school students towards the right career path through expert counselling, psychometric assessments, and personalised mentoring.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for passionate **freelance career counsellors** who can guide students (Classes 9 to 12) and their parents about career opportunities, the importance of early guidance, and promote our **psychometric assessment programs**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Explain the benefits and process of psychometric assessments confidently.
- Act as a bridge between students and the assessment platform.
- Prior experience in career counselling or working with students/parents.
- Background in psychology, education, counselling, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Self-driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping students.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

**Work Type**: Freelance / Commission-based

Location: Remote / Hybrid (if local outreach is possible) **Compensation**: Per assessment conversion + Bonus for milestones

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,505.96 - ₹38,238.44 per month
