_**Your Role at TrainingInbox - Telesales Career Counsellor **_
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve Customer issues and close leads efficiently.
- Coordinate with various teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Connect with customers as needed, particularly during the registration process, to address any problems and provide guidance.
- Achieve Daily and Monthly Targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a working laptop and maintain a stable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- A strong sense of empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

**Number of Position**: 3

**Salary & Remuneration**: Annual CTC upto **Rs. 1,20,000/- LPA Fixed**
